BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama as follows: Section 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, Chapter 3 – Alcoholic Beverages, Article III. – Licenses, Division 3. – Operation, Subsection (a) of Section 3-133. – Hours of sale and operation, is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 3-133. – Hours of sale and operation.
