BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, as follows: 1. That the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, proposes creation of a tax increment district, tentatively named Tax Increment Financing District 9 (“TIF 9”), pursuant to }\la. Code§§ 11-99-1 et seq. The proposed tax increment district contains portions of the City of Huntsville and is depicted in Attachment “A” and is described herein as follows:
