(HUNTSVILLE, AL) – – The Original Hot Dog Factory is a gourmet hot dog boutique and quickly becoming an American favorite! We are actively seeking qualified franchisees in the North Huntsville market. In order to qualify, candidates must show proof of at least $40,000 in liquid assets and a net-worth of no less than $100,000. Restaurant ownership experience is not required, but highly encouraged.
Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Discovery Day at the beautiful Woody Anderson Ford Dealership in North Huntsville. The conference room was well equipped with state-of-the-art technology which made for a smooth presentation. Attendees included approximately 12 potential investors from the Madison, N. Huntsville and Meridianville areas. They were thoroughly engaged and eager to learn about the business model in great detail. The level of interest was inspiring. Jim Batson is redeveloping the old dilapidated site at 2007 North Memorial Parkway which will be the new home of HC Blake Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical Experts. The facility will also be home to the North Huntsville Business Association and several restaurants and other businesses. H.C. Blake has been in Huntsville for over 134 years. Reggie McKenzie, President of the Business Association said that Jim is the type of investor we need for North Huntsville. We need investors who have a commitment to all of Huntsville.
