PLANS: The contract documents, plans, and specifications will be available for inspection at area plan rooms no later than April 22, 2026 and can be downloaded through BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/alabama/cityofhuntsville. The City of Huntsville will refund the cost of printing for up to one set for each prime contractor bidder upon receipt of the documents in usable condition within ten days following the bid opening along with a receipt showing the cost of printing.
