The City of Huntsville, Alabama, through its Community Development Department, is accepting applications from non-profit and for-profit developers for multi-family affordable rental housing projects with funding from its HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Preference will be given to projects that leverage the City’s HOME funding with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program administered by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority and other public and/or private funding sources.
Applications must be received by the Community Development Department, at one of the addresses referenced below, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025 to be considered.
