In accordance with Section 39-1-1, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is herby given that CLEARCREEK COATINGS, LLC has completed the Contract for Redstone Arsenal Tank Rehabilitation Project for the City of Huntsville, Alabama, a municipal corporation, d/b/a Huntsville Utilities and has made request for final settlement as provided by the Contract. All persons having any claims for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Huntsville Utilities Water Department, 112 Spragins St., Huntsville, Alabama 35801.
