WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, has given consideration to an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, a synopsis of said amendment being as follows: (1) Amend Zoning Ordinance ARTICLE 3 – DEFINITIONS Section 3.1 – Interpretation, to modify and add definitions; ARTICLE 73 – SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS, Section 73.1.1, Subsections (1) and (2) to modify definitions and requirements; and to add ARTICLE 78 – COMMUNITY HOMES.
