BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, that Budget Ordinance No. 24-700, adopted and approved on September 26, 2024, is hereby amended for change in the authorized strength of the department, as follows: The staffing level is hereby increased within the Finance department by one (1) regular, full-time Payroll Assistant position, grade 12. The staffing level is hereby decreased within the Finance department by one (1) regular, full-time Payroll Retirement & Benefits Specialist position, grade 14. The staffing level is hereby increased within the Fleet department by one (1) regular, full-time Equipment Technician III position, grade 14. The staffing level is hereby decreased within the Fleet department by one (1) regular, full-time Welder I position, grade 9
