Elder Sandy Kinslow and the members of Meridianville Bottom Primitive Baptist Church held their Women’s Day Program on Sunday August 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM. “Christian Women on the Job Training” was their theme. The song service was provided by Meridianville Bottom Male Chorus. Special guests who participated on the program were Sister Ouida Hobbs, Sister Dorothy Holloway and Mother Eddie Mae Kelly.
The speaker was Mother Linda Jones, a member at Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church in Hollywood, Alabama and President of the Flint River and Running Water Primitive Baptist Women’s Congress. Mother Jones speech was a blessing to the congregation as she encouraged the women of Meridianville Bottom to continue to teach the younger women to read, study and meditates on God’s Word and to live their lives as an example to the younger women.
