Encounter Weekend 2026 will bring Huntsville-area believers together Sept. 11–12 for worship, prayer, breakfast, biblical conversation, breakout sessions and spiritual growth at 2101 Golf Road SW.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville-area believers are being invited to set aside a weekend for worship, prayer, fellowship and spiritual growth during Encounter Weekend 2026, Sept. 11–12 at 2101 Golf Road SW.

The weekend begins Friday, Sept. 11, with Encounter Night from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m., featuring extended worship, prayer, Scripture, reflection and opportunities for personal spiritual response.

But organizers emphasize that the encounter does not end when the music stops.

On Saturday, Sept. 12, Encounter Morning will continue the weekend from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a complimentary breakfast, fellowship, Scripture-centered teaching, practical breakout sessions and biblical conversations designed to help participants apply what God is doing in their lives to everyday situations.

The morning will also provide opportunities for questions, prayer, encouragement and meaningful community.

Whether someone attends Friday night or joins for the first time Saturday morning, organizers say everyone is welcome.

There is no cost to attend, and free parking is available. Doors open Saturday at 9 a.m. Because breakfast will be provided, registration is requested for each person attending so organizers can prepare adequate food, seating, materials and breakout space.

Encounter Weekend is designed as intentional time away from everyday distractions to seek God, connect with others and take practical steps toward continued spiritual growth.

The invitation is simple: come ready to worship, connect, learn and grow — and carry the encounter beyond the room.
