BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Alabama Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship will bring pastors, ministry leaders, musicians and families together for its 2026 State Conference, scheduled for August 20–22 at Love City Church in Birmingham.

Organizers are promoting the three-day gathering as an opportunity for spiritual renewal, Christian education, fellowship and leadership development. The conference reflects the fellowship’s broader mission of equipping churches, empowering leaders and expanding their influence in local communities.

Pastor Kenneth Madden Sr. is among the announced speakers. Conference programming begins Thursday evening and continues Friday and Saturday. A Christian-education session is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, while Saturday’s activities begin at 9 a.m. Additional worship and instructional sessions are planned throughout the gathering.

The conference arrives as churches continue adapting to new challenges involving youth engagement, community outreach, digital ministry, and leadership development. Gatherings of this kind allow congregations to exchange ideas while strengthening relationships across cities and denominations.

Registration is $25 for adults and $10 for youth. Love City Church is located at 2349 Forestdale Boulevard. Families should consult the official registration page for the complete schedule and any program updates.

The Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship describes itself as a global charismatic movement grounded in Baptist tradition and the power of the Holy Spirit. Its ministry emphasizes faith, family, fitness, and finance while providing training and resources for churches.
