The U.S. Army Garrison at Redstone Arsenal is proposing to implement corrective measures at the RSA-152 groundwater unit located in the southwestern portion of Redstone Arsenal adjacent to the Tennessee River. The groundwater unit covers 889 acres and underlies eight surface media sites. Historically, activities at two of the surface media sites (RSA-032 and RSA-065) resulted in groundwater contamination where corrective measures will be conducted with the RSA-152 groundwater unit.
