The City of Huntsville, Alabama is required to prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years. The plan is comprised of a One-Year Action Plan, an Analysis of Impediments, and a Citizen Participation Plan. The Consolidated Plan seeks to address identified community needs with Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
