BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to accept that certain Pedestrian Sidewalk Easement, by and between, Della’s Delights, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company with respect to its Series 9023 Memorial Parkway, and Della’s Delights, LLC
