The City of Huntsville, Alabama, through its Community Development Department, is accepting applications from non-profit and for-profit developers for multi-family affordable rental housing projects with funding from its HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Preference will be given to projects that leverage the City’s HOME funding with other public and/or private funding sources.
