CITY OF HUNTSVILLE NOTICE OF SUBMISSION 2024 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
The City of Huntsville, Alabama is required to prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years, which is a detailed analysis of the City’s housing and non-housing needs, available resources, and the plan in place to utilize those resources. The plan includes a five-year Strategic Plan, a one-year Annual Action Plan,and the Consolidated Plan’s implementation tools for addressing the identified needs. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds are received from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The following projects are for CDBG and HOME funds in the Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2024 (7/1/24 to 6/30/25).

La Ciudad de Huntsville, Alabama está obligada a preparar un Plan Consolidado cada cinco años, que es un análisis detallado de las necesidades de vivienda y no vivienda de la Ciudad, los recursos disponibles y el plan vigente para utilizar esos recursos.
