BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, that Ordinance 23-694, as adopted and approved on October 12, 2023, and as set forth in Section 25- 183 (c) of the Code of Ordinances, City of Huntsville, Alabama, is hereby amended to read as follows:
