This cause before the Court this date for a hearing on paternity. After receiving testimony ore tenus, it was discovered that although the Plaintiff’s name appears on the child’s birth certificate, the Deceased Mother is legally married.
Therefore, this Court hereby orders Service by Publication upon the legal father, Luke Hagland. The Plaintiff shall contact the Clerk’s office for the specific procedures that must be followed for publication.
Furthermore, the legal father, Luke Haglund, shall be given thirty (30) days following the last publication date in which to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint for Paternity, after which this matter will be set for final dispositional hearing.
