Decision 2022: Redistricting & The Voting Right’s Bill

Huntsville, AL – This is a critical Mid-Term Election Year and the Republicans are pulling out all the stops when it comes to creating distractions and false narratives. They are experts at this because they have been doing it for centuries. They know how to manipulate people into believing that they are not doing exactly what they are doing. I know that might sound confusing but stay with me!

Some things are so obvious that people outside of their party won’t see it until it’s too late. If you have not noticed, every “red” state in the country is in a hurry to approve their redistricting maps, locally and statewide. STOP AND THINK WHY! Redistricting is the way the Republicans will win every election for the next ten years. All this is related to the Census that was just taken. This past Census showed exactly what White America feared the most, people of color are increasing. There is no way to control this increase, believe me they have tried everything. The only way left is to control where they can get the most votes for any of their candidates, locally, state- wide and nationally… talk about “Stealing an Election!”

Republicans are “long haulers.” They have been putting people in all the right places, state and federal judges, state representatives, local mayors and city council members for years to assure that all of this will fall right into place. The iron is hot and they are moving quickly before it cools down. Remember who controls the narrative and talk the loudest.

If you are asking what does redistricting have to do with The Voting Right’s Bill, just let me say it as clearly as I can. If these redistricting plans are allowed to take place, the Voting Right’s Bill will be just words on a piece of paper signed by the President that won’t mean anything. Revamping it is not going to change what is happening right in front of our faces Don’t forget Republicans are experts when it comes to distractions and confusion. If you are a Democrat or Independent, who you vote for, when and where you vote will be just symbolic because the Republicans will always have the most votes.

Democrats are barking up the wrong tree and stuck in one place. That fox has moved on to its next assignment.
