In compliance with 2 CFR § 200.317-200.326, Huntsville Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking submittals from qualified individuals, firms, or development teams interested in undertaking the development, redevelopment and/or rehabilitation of selected sites in Huntsville, Alabama.
Proposals to provide this service will be received at 200 Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801 until 11:00 A. M. CST, January 6, 2026. HHA reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, make the determination as to what is equal to the specifications, or to waive any informality in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of HHA.
