Notice is hereby given that Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley has completed the contract for New Single-Family Constructions located at 211 and 216 Lake Dr. between Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley and the City of Huntsville, Alabama using Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership funding in the amounts of $125,000 211 Lake Dr., and $110,000 216 Lake Dr. Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley has submitted for final settlement of said contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the City of Huntsville Department of Community Development at (256) 427-5407.
