The women of Hopewell M.B. Church are taking a stand for God.
The scripture Romans 12:1-2 reads, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what that good is, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” As Sisters in Christ Jesus, we are taking a stand for our community. Not only do we feed the homeless, but we also extend our outreach to the youth and elderly. Our primary purpose is to go out in the streets and witness to hurt and lost souls by showing them the love of God and making a difference. Under the leadership of Pastor Larry Davidson, Jr., we are still here by God’s grace and mercy. Hallelujah!
