The Motion for Ad to be Placed in Newspaper filed by the plaintiff on January 20,2021, is hereby granted. As such, it is ORDERED that service of process be made by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the Complaint for Divorce is filed, to wit: Madison County, Alabama and also in the county of the Defendant’s last known location or residence. Said notices shall be published at least once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. The plaintiff shall provide proof of publication to the Court within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order, or this cause
of action shall be dismissed.
