WHEREAS, an application has been made by Raj Kumar, d/b/a AAAA Car Service, for a certification of public convenience and necessity for the operation of two (2) luxury vehicles in the City of Huntsville, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-243 provides for the publication of a notice that such application has been made and setting a date for a public hearing.
